    I would not give any stars. Terrible service, took 30 minutes to get our order and hardly anyone was in there. They were giving all the doordash people the wrong orders. It was the worst situation I've ever seen.

    Almost all of the tables were dirty. My husband and I went in the morning and the manager who was not on shift yet, didn't even offer to wipe the table when I was wiping it myself with their products. We were not very happy with the service because we got attitude and also they had to find Somebody who spoke English. So I could ask for a cup This is ridiculous. We live in Idaho and we usually speak English here. We were very unhappy with the service, very unhappy with the food\n We will never be back and we've been here for 50 years..

    I wanted to give a shout out to the Caldwell ID store. I go fairly frequently because I have the frosty keychains. There was a visit prior recently where my visit wasn’t the best. The order took a while for something simple. Order got punched in incorrectly. It took a while to get someone to give a refund for something I got charged for that I didn’t order. All in all everything was eventually corrected. So I was hesitant to go back to this location in fear this could happen again. I wanted to give a shout out to Cheyenne. She was very pleasant to order with in the drive thru, she got my order right, and got my order right to me. Granted it wasn’t super busy, but perhaps it’s because they got people in and out accurately and quickly. Anyway, I would love it if she took my order all the time so I can know I can have an easy and accurate experience. Got to give credit where credit is due.

    What happened to the junior bacon cheeseburgers? Everytime i go the patty gets smaller, only 1/2 a piece of bacon and they don't even use the fresh lettuce leaf anymore, now they use the shredded lettuce and it sucks.

    Their kiosks were down so we talked an actual person to order our food. Old school. Chili is great, nice large chunks of old burgers. Fries were fresh and delicious, maybe the best in fast food.
