  They have countless messed up my in person orders, online orders and door dash orders and when I report and issue it never gets resolved

  Used my reward for a free whopper then they asked me if I wanted fries and a drink stated yes they added as a meal took my 1000 points and still charged me the full meal told them and yet didn’t care to help lunch break wasn’t going to waste time if they didn’t care to help in the first place.

  I like this McDonald's. Fries are usually hot and they are fast. We've even doordash and gotten hot fries. Important! As fries are hard to re-warm, lol! Just not the same! This visit was good as usual. We went through the drive through. The hamburger was great, same with the spicy chicken sandwich. My complaint here is that we got half order of fries in the box! Did they come up short and not want us to wait as they cooked? Lol! As expensive as fast food has gotten, please don't short people because of laziness. I'd rather wait than be shorted.

  Had a bad experience with the store. I ordered at 11:25 online, paid for it and then went to the store to just pick it up and ended up with my order at 1. First I went inside to pickup and was told it wasn’t ready that the order didn’t exist when I was already charged and the app said it was ready to be picked up, went back to doble check my order and make sure it was already and again was told it didn’t exist. Couldn’t cancel it because it was supposed to be “ready “.Had to get at the window and speak with someone else and get told that it was ready but the just didn’t have an item and had to change it. Ended up with a cold meal and eating late. Honestly I don’t think I would go back to that place.
