  The past 2 nights, one girl in the drive through and tonight the “ lady “ manager that was in the drive through is wild. Big attitude for no reason. Got intensely rushed yesterday and tonight refused to get something in a certain container because “ we wont open a box just for you “ mamas this is your JOB. If you can’t so customer service, you shouldn’t have a customer service job!! Otherwise it’s a good place. They just be hiring anyone.

  Terrible experience today. Went in 3/12/2026. Was inside the lobby around 8:20am. First I parked in spot #2 and when they took out my order I was missing my 2 hash browns. I told myself I’ll go in quickly and get them. Lady in front counter was rude when I told her about the situation even though I was always nice and polite about it. She turned around went to get it and when she came back she threw me the bag and it fell on the counter. As I picked it up and looked shocked she just turned around and went back into the kitchen. Guy behind me said “wow I thought she was going to throw it at you” and I said yeah no kidding how disrespectful. This has never happened to me and is unacceptable to do this to anyone especially when it’s their fault! So disappointed in this location today!

  The worst mcdonald's in the treasure valley.They have a male manager that is horribly mean all of the girl workers are terrible and snotty. I've seen them touch the food with their bare hands. I know mcdonald's isn't the cleanest restaurant.But this is by far the worst mcdonald's.I've ever been to in idaho. I can't believe how incredibly rude they are.As well as how much they continue to try to scam everyone i asked for sauce and they said they had to charge me for a large drink or I couldn't have any. I really feel sorry for anyone who goes here.The song
