- LMLilly MellowDec 30, 20251.0Don’t get me wrong, I love some good taco bell, the food is great for the price. The service at this location is HORRIBLE. I have been here multiple times and the drive thru is usually good timing and good service but my lobby experience has been terrible. I have done multiple pick up orders here and you know I have the idea that fast food should take roughly 10 minutes or so depending on the place and quality of food. But this location has been so bad. I’ve had pick up orders that say they’re ready and then I wait in the lobby for 40 MINUTES. 40 minutes. And then they still forget my drink. It’s ridiculous. They don’t offer a refund, they don’t offer store credit, they make you wait forty minutes and then STILL forget your drink. The most recent time this happened, I decided to go through the drive thru because they were going in and out really quickly so I tried to pick up there and they told me j couldn’t do that so I just reordered my meal and paid TWICE for it after waiting 45 minutes at this point and by the time I got my food via drive thru I had waited nearly an hour for one meals worth of some taco bell. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this location, this experience is turning away customers from the good taco bell brand.

Compared to others in the valley, the food is consistent in quality. I'm a Mexican Pizza Fan and if you know MP's, they can vary. 8/10 MP's here are Good and 1/10 are great while another 1/10 are just okay. This is mainly dependent on the time of day that you get your food. I always try the limited edition foods, they make them fairly well here.
