    Been there 3 times and got a BLT each time. First time no mayo second time half a tomatoe slice. Then tonight I didnt even geta whole freaking piece of bacon on my BLT. I don't understand how somebody could look at this and go Yep this is acceptable to put out

    I want to like Sonic, I really do. But every single time I go, the order ALWAYS gets messed up no matter how simple it is. Most recently, I ordered the SS Double Bacon burger. Or so I thought; I guess they misheard me and gave me just the SS Double cheeseburger, which is completely different. Tasty for what it is, but not at all what I wanted. My wife got the Double Smash Cheeseburger with no tomato, onion and ketchup, and yet the burger still had onion and ketchup. This was all a fairly standard order but somehow still done entirely wrong. I'm sure I'll come back to try again at some point, telling myself things will be different, but so far no Sonic (not just this one) has ever delivered a quality experience. The workers are typically friendly and the place is never busy, so I'm hoping the failures are just a result of improper training. Who knows.

    I am very upset and disgusted by how the manager Karen treated me last night. I had stopped by last night to grab my son a grilled cheese and I parked in one of the stalls, I ordered my food and proceeded to pay with my card. After I had paid for my food and they brought my food out to me the manager Karen came out and proceeded to tell me that their receipt says cash and not card on it and that I needed to pay again, so I showed her my bank statement and proved that the money had been taken out of my account, when I told that I was not okay with them running my card again due to the first payment already going through the manager Karen then proceeded to accuse me of steeling and when I caved and told her to just take my card she told me no and proceeded to walk away. I’ve already called the customer complaint line about this issue but I’d like to make it very known that Karen’s behavior towards me and her accusing me of steeling was the rudest most disrespectful behavior I’ve ever encountered. I nor my family will ever be returning to this location.

    To be honest sonic is a shadow of it's former self. The used to be about quality and good consumer service. But ever since the Gen Zers started working there the food quality has gone down the service has gone down. Everything has gone down. Heck McDonald's and Wendy's has better service. I put sonic in the same category as Carl's Jr or Burger King and their service sucks. Sonic needs to step up big time.
