  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! food is good but the people! HORRIBLE NO RESPECT DIRTY PLACE especially when Monique is working SUPER BAD I’ve lived here for many many years and been coming here since but for the past year since the new workers started this place has been trash! We came to play in the playground and it was absolutely disgusting spit up in the play place all the tables were all absolutely nasty there is soda everywhere on the floor ordered our food and didn’t even get it to us for dine in we got it in a bag and they called out number this place is horrible and Monique hasn’t done this one time but even when I went through the drive thru she literally threw my food in my car! Came a couple days ago and she refused our service because we were “being rude” but all we did was answer her questions absolutely not liking this place lately i have also talked to hr about her but clearly that wasn’t taken care of! Very disappointed!

  I'd give my experience a half star. I arrived around 8:15-8:20ish to order some dinner, it was busy so I wasn't too surprised with how long it took for them to bring my order ( nevermind the history of them taking forever ), but 30ish minutes later, a customer came up to other cars telling us that their systems are down and how they locked the door. Upon addressing this to staff, one customer expressed it seemed like a good majority of staff there didn't care for the issue and was impossible to issue a refund through their app. I'm guessing the manager said that we'd get our food in the morning.. like really? Who's going to want dinner food for breakfast? Basically anyone who ordered prior to the systems not working got their food. Not blaming the staff for the technical issues but definitely could've done a better job at telling people they can't take orders and assisted in issuing refunds.

  There supposed to give a free breakfast meal for Veterans Day and there store didn’t honor it!!!! Very rude to me to ask they said!!!!

  Fast service, friendly and accurate! The fries were cold, otherwise no complaints.

  I am incredibly disappointed with this being my 3rd visit in a row with missing large order items. Today I was missing my double quarter pounder with cheese which means the remainder on my meal was fries and a drink. I should not have to empty out my bags of food in the car to confirm every item. I attempted to call the stores number to talk to a manager and the number take me to " Verizon wireless customer can not accept your call at this time" I am unable to leave a voicemail. I will not be eating at McDonald's again. I can't imagine how many customers are missing items throughout the day and dont say anything while this company is getting away with stealing from its customers 1 order at a time.
