And She said well I can re make them for you... She didn't understand that we was not interested in re purchasing them. I asked for a Credit back for another time and She refused.. That is Ridiculous.. she said just because I Don't like what I ordered doesn't mean they have to give a credit or refund. Very terrible Customer SERVICE ON HER END. AND She's is the manager.. SMH!!! - Instead of her hearing me out she just wanted to argue and prove a point that my brownies were fully cooked. It's NOT Her eating them and having this experience!!!! This was @ the Caldwell location off the Blvd.. Thanks a lot JADE!! Note to Jade. I've had this similar experience with Pizza Hut. And they credited the same amount to my account NO PROBLEM.... Learn better Customer Satisfaction!!

When I arrived to pick up, the total was $18 before tax. The manager said that I had ordered a specialty pizza which is more expensive. I never mentioned any specialty pizza over the phone nor the associate told about it. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager argued 5 minutes about it and threw both pizza in the trash. They maid me wait for more than 30 minutes in total. Very disappointed with this. No customer service by Camella who introduced herself as a manager.
