  Stopped in for a bowl on my lunch break and about three bites in I bit into a rock. Not realizing what it was continued eating and within the next bite there was another rock. Needless to say after that I did not continue eating. Called to speak to a manager and the phone would not even register my complaint because “rocks are not on the menu”. Definitely disappointed and grossed out.

  I had such an upsetting experience at this place today. The girl who was the server was so dismissive and rude that it actually made me feel awful. It was beyond just bad service her attitude was so hostile that I lost my appetite and didn't even want to be there anymore. ​i addressed it directly, but they just dug their heels in and all the workers standing around looking at each other making it weird. No apology, no accountability. The girl just continued to be disrespectful. It turned what should have been a decent meal into a really uncomfortable situation. She was young blonde one (didn't get her name). When the manager apologized I reassured him he was not the one that owed an apology. I did let them know I would never treat customers the way they did and theres probably been alot of people who did not stand up for themselves being treated this way at this location.

  Our burrito builder was a bit skimpy compared to what I am used to. But otherwise the burrito bowl was good as usual.

  I’ve been coming to Chipotle every few months since this location opened, hoping each visit would be better than the last. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing, and today’s visit was especially frustrating. I ordered a bowl with fajitas, but the vegetables didn’t seem properly grilled—more like freshly cut peppers added on top. While eating, I also found a large piece of avocado peel in my food, which was really unpleasant. On top of that, the chips were very stale. Another ongoing issue has been the customer service. The staff often come across as unhappy or disengaged, which makes the overall experience feel unwelcoming. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, and I truly don’t mean this in a harsh way…it just feels like morale might be low at this location, and it shows in the service. I understand that things can happen, but this has been a pattern over time rather than a one-time issue. If I hadn’t had my little ones with me, I would have come back to ask for a replacement. I really hope to see improvements in both the food quality and overall experience, because I do enjoy Chipotle when it’s done right.
