One thing worth mentioning is how it took aboit 5 minutes for the 3 workers to acknowledge my son and I. No one said "hello." I understand they are young, but young doesn't equal lack of manners. I was able to sample a few ice-cream flavors though and I loved what I chose so to be fair I will give 5 stars for flavors and options. 1 star for customer service though. Come on, how hard is it to say hello and acknowledge people?

Of course they are out of supply for Snicker & Reeses Layered Sundays, the only reason I go to any Baskin Robbins. So we settle for the Dubai Chocolate Layered Sunday which is new. The only server in the place warns us that he's no good at making Layered Sundays. He was telling the truth! I gave him a hint and told him, the more fudge the better! He put little to no Chocolate Fudge! It was $28 for two of them and they were horribly made! I don't think we will return here. What a let down.

Paid for strawberries on top of the sundae and got about 5 frozen cubes. Not even sliced strawberries, literal cubes. That they almost forgot entirely as well as some other items with our order we had to keep asking for. Overall was a terrible experience just trying to get a sundae and a mini tub of ice cream. If you want baskin ribbons, go to Nampa or somewhere else.

If you're going through the drive-thru make sure to turn your car off. But today's gas prices they should be paying us to stay.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
