  Forgot to order something at the drive thru, so I asked super politely when I got to the window if I could add another food item to my order and the lady at the window, pretty rudely, replied “no we don’t do that” , which is ridiculous because most any drive thru you go to will do that for you. So I just said “ummm ok I guess I’ll have to come inside” and she just shut the window. Also, I’m pretty sure as I drove off she flipped me off. Even my son in the back seat seemed to think so. Which is crazy because I didn’t even do or say anything rude! The scared and guilty look on her face when I walked in to order my forgotten item was a pretty good indication that she had probably done that. Shes just lucky I am a pretty patient and nice person, so I just let it go. I did feel that I needed to write this in here though, as it’s made me not want to go back there again!

  Literally three times in a row, they have messed up my order for getting to put sauces on. I'm not talking about ordering a regular menu item and manually adding sauces on the app and them forgetting it. I'm talking about regular menu items like the breakfast crunchwrap, and they forget to put the sauce on. Same thing with the breakfast potato burrito. Do you know how difficult it is to choke down dry potatoes without tomatoes or sauce because they keep forgetting to add them? Time to finally give up on the amount of chances I have with this Taco Bell.

  I needed something quick, as I was getting to my hotel late. First off, Taco Bell's have gone to these damn do it yourself ordering. The way I see it, if I get out of my truck to come inside to order, I want to talk and have someone take my order. What Taco Bell has done was eliminated a position and they tell you to see the station to order yourself. I went through the drive through and ordered. When I got to my hotel, 2 miles away, I opened up my tacos and they were all broke. Just disappointed in all the impersonation that Taco Bell as made your dining experience and then to have yiur tacos broken up, we'll that was just the icing on the cake. I will not be back.

  Tried making an order for a meal about 15 minutes ago and kept having to repeat myself. When I asked what were the breakfast drinks they had I was told to look at the menu. I replied with a Wow. That'd be all then and laughed. Was then told I was being refused service and to have a good day sarcastically. I strongly believe they could have had better customer service. Undwr no circumstances should customers be treated in suck a manner regardless of the morning the employees are having
