That brings me to my most recent experience with an employee named Jonathan. Jonathan is a new employee, he was extremely professional, kind and although he hadn't had much experience, he made sure to ask me about every small detail to make sure my food was made exactly the way I wanted it. Hire workers that act like Jonathan.
