They didn’t even care that there were customers in there. Then one of them yelled to the other one, “just go eat a freakin powdered donut ok!” My husband & I shook our heads in disbelief and rolled our eyes and continued to look at the cakes. I picked out a 10” cake to purchase and asked if they could write on the cake while we ate our blizzards. The kid at the counter asked the girl behind him if she could write on the cake and she said “no!” When he asked her why, she said “because I don’t feel like it!” Needless to say I put the cake back! They didn’t care! They missed out on a 10” cake purchase because they “didn’t “feel like it” and they didn’t care! I really wish the Burley owners would start caring about their store and care about how their employees treat their customers. We keep giving them chance after chance, but now our chances of ever going back there are 0%. You could learn a few things from the Rupert Store!
