    I just went thru the drive thru I order a deep fried turkey club and it’s literally not deep fried turkey and it’s nothing like any sandwich I have ever had at arbys before. I use to work there and I use to love this sandwich but it’s really gross today and kind of ruined my whole mood. On top of that when I tried calling the store I keep getting hung up on.

    I stopped here on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised at how wonderfully decorated the restaurant was for Halloween. Inside and out, great effort was made to celebrate the season. This was a fun surprise on a long Halloween drive. My order was promptly prepared, and service was polite. I was saddened that my favorite menu item is no longer available, but a staff person made some alternate suggestions. Overall, a great experience!

    I wish I could post a picture of my disappointment in the new turkey sub. Old bun, wilted lettuce, thick with mayo, old tomatoes, turkey with a slap of cheese. Fries not crispy. This is in Burley Idaho. In Minnesota they do the cranberries and stuffing...here nada.not worth the money. I'll have Vinny do my subs!

    It was awesome! I went with a few friends and they missed one of our burgers in the order, but we're very patient with us when we got back in like again
