  Three struggling employees serving customers out of order and we had to wait over twenty minutes for two smoothies with a half empty store and a closed drive thru. No apologies for the wait or mishandling of several peoples orders. Worst franchise store we’ve been to and there’s no way we’ll be returning. Clearly in need of management.

  Love their smoothies! Especially the peanut butter cup! When I walked in, I was acknowledged we with a warm smile which was awesome, but then not one person asked if they could help me or take my order. In walked someone who they immediately helped and I was skipped. It's ok. I am a patient person, but just use this as a learning experience to always ask customers if you can assist them or even take their order. Had it been anyone else not patient they would have been livid about being skipped after waiting awhile to be assisted. I understand that it was an honest mistake, but it made me feel a type of way. Great job on the beautiful shirts and smiles!

  If you’re looking for a place to a quick bite to eat, this is…NOT it. Yes the food and smoothies are good, it’s a chain, they have to be lol. However, if you’re the only one in the drive through, expect to wait at the order screen for 5 minutes. Then wait at the window for another 5 minutes before someone even opens it. Then wait about 10 before you get your food and can leave. If there’s more than 3 cars in the drive through, you might as well clock out for your paid lunch break. I’m not sure if they are SEVERELY understaffed or the way the shop is setup is just horrible, but my PR for drive through wait time is 38 minutes. No joke, I timed it.

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. We waited about 10 minutes for the one car in front of us to be helped. When it was our turn, they immediately got on the microphone and told us it would be a “minimum of five minutes” before they could even take our order. I said, “why can’t you just take it right now since you’re speaking to me? This seems pretty ineffective.” He said, “we’re too busy to take your order.” We drove away and I called, they answered and immediately asked what I wanted to order. I asked, “how come I can sit in a drive-through and get told I needed to wait at least 5 minutes to even be helped, but if I call you guys, you’ll ask me what I want to order right away?” Her response was, “I asked you what you wanted to order not, what you wanted to say.” When I asked who the manager was, she told me that she was the manager. I asked who her manager was and she told me “she’ll be back in 20 minutes and she’s gonna you the same thing.” Beyond rude. Unhelpful staff. So unprofessional.
