  They were super busy on a Friday night, but I stood in the back watching them make the food. Despite how busy they were, the crew was calm and carefully making the food. I’d rather have a well-prepared meal than one made is haste.

  I used to love this Taco bell. I came here twice a week every Monday and Friday for months. Something has happened in the last couple months to make this Taco Bell really go downhill. Either the drive-thru takes an hour or the order is wrong and if I'm lucky both. All it would take is for the franchise owner to take one look at the drive-thru while driving past for them to realize how poorly operated this establishment is. Something tells me they don't really care.

  I’ve given this Taco Bell chance after chance, but at this point it’s just ridiculous. Every single week for the past month, my order has been messed up without fail. It’s not even complicated requests, just simple instructions like “no lettuce, add sour cream,” and somehow they still can’t get it right. The last visit was the worst. I called and spoke to the manager, who told me to come back and that she’d personally make sure my order was remade correctly. I drove back, sat in the lobby for 45 minutes, and got absolutely nothing. No update, no food just wasted time. When I finally got her attention, all I received was a partial refund while the rest of my food sat there getting cold and inedible. No accountability, no urgency, nothing. At this point, it’s not just incompetence it’s straight-up poor management. If you can’t follow basic order instructions or honor what you tell customers over the phone, you shouldn’t be running a shift. Do better.

  Absolutely abysmal service. Friend of mine has gone here 5 separate times and each time apparently no lettuce is such a hard concept.to understand. They mark it on the ticket sure enough but the lack of follow through needs to be studied for future generations. Not to mention the wait time. I swear to you grass grows faster than the orders come out the food is almost always cold and poor quality. Honestly I recommend starting up your own resteraunt calling it Bell Taco and you still won't have the food you ordered. Staff is super disorganized and has no clue whats going on. Whoever manages this store definitely needs to either step up or step out of the way for someone who can actually lead.

  Ordered DoorDash tonight, missing over half the order. Only option through DoorDash was a refund, which was annoying. Real problem is I tried to call the restaurant 3 times and got no answer. I know they're still open, but they won't answer the phone. I just wanted my food. This is the second location near me to be this incompetent during the night shift, boycott this place. It's horrible and I'm sick of their crappy service.
