  I sat in a line at the drive thru here where after 30 minutes a total of two cars had been served. This is fast food here folks, what the heck is going on? Quit being cheapskates and hire way more people.

  Horrible service. Absolutely abismal. Waited 3 hours for my delivery to pass through 4 different doordash drivers just to not even get my food. Unbeleiveable. How can you run a business like this? Hire some people that aren't bums.

  We went to pick up an online order waited in line for 45 minutes, not exaggerating, 45 minutes at 9pm, by the time we got up to the window they didn't have our order. 20 minutes, and an argument with the window girl later we finally got our order. Making the total time there an 1 hour 5 minutes. Could have gone and gotten quality food in that time. Came here because we wanted something quick after s very long day. Looks like there are plenty of employees, dining room is not busy at all. As someone who worked fast food for 11 years I genuinely do not understand how it could have been this bad.

  The system that "The Powers that Be" have in place are truly seriously flawed! They ave a huge disconnect from people walking in the door to the prep area!!! Drive thru seems to have more importance than walk inside and app order or door dash more than anything! The prep area made orders that sat there at the pickup rack the whole time 45min I was there, while walk-in waited over an hour for food! If this were air traffic control, nothing would be lifting off and luggage would be processed first from curb side drop off! Now as for my food, the shells I received were stale and broke before I even took a bite! The drink was very diluted! The hot sauce packs that are free were still good! Customers were cleaning off their own tables to have a place to sit! Now after saying all that... I have not worked fast food service in this day and time of tech! I didn't know how many people called into work and what workers came in cover for them! I didn't know how many of the workers on hand were new and still being trained! I don't know if any equipment was failing! So my review is only based on what info I was given at that time I walked in! I do appreciate every worker's time they gave tonight, no matter what my snap judgement above states!

  Absolute service meltdown – Avoid this Broadway location!!!!! I had a truly atrocious experience at this Taco Bell. I placed an online order at 7:00 PM, and the app estimated a 20-minute wait. I arrived at 7:05PM and went inside, where I was met with zero acknowledgement. A staff member was literally leaning against the back counter and didn't even bother to greet me or check on my order the entire time I stood there. After 15 minutes of being ignored, she simply vanished to the bathroom leaving the front counter completely unmanned. By 7:40 PM—20 minutes past the promised time—the app still claimed they were "making" my meal. Since no one would help me inside, I had to get into a drive-through line that was 8 cars deep. When I finally reached the speaker and gave my name, they initially claimed they didn't have the order. Once I described the items, the response was a dismissive, "Oh yeah, we're still working on it." I didn't pull away from the window until 8:00 PM—an hour after ordering. To make matters worse, the food was stone-cold and disgusting. Despite requesting sauces in the app, the bag was empty of condiments. When I asked for them at the window, the staff gave me a dirty look like I was an inconvenience, tossed a handful of sauce into the bag, and walked away without a word. The lack of basic customer service and the quality of the food here is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
