  I ordered a bagel and came several minutes after it was supposed to be done and they had not even started preparing my order. Also I was coming from my work and when I got the order back to my work, it was not the correct bagel. I called them and they told me that the bagel I ordered was not baked at that time, and therefore they just subbed it out without telling me. I asked them why they didn’t tell me when I was there so that I could request a different bagel instead of a plain bagel and the owner was very rude to me and told me I could bring back the other bagel and get a new one. However, since I’m working, that is not possible. No refund and no help offered. This is not the first time.

  Worst bagel in my life. Visiting from Vegas and I couldn’t believe that they served bagels like that to customers. Everything is microwaved in front of you, fake eggs, low bad quality of turkey, very bad quality of the cheese very cheap and horrible attitude of the young lady who was preparing the bagels. Dirty tables all around the place. Croissant also had a very bad odor. Too bad I didn’t leave while I saw her preparing the bagels. I didn’t finish my food of course and I went to a breakfast place after this bad experience.

  This location is right next to my office. The smoothies (strawberry banana is the departmental favorite) are perfect and the medium by any other measure is a large. Most of my office mates have tried almost all of the combinations of their bagel sandwich and most of them are really good. This locatoin is decently busy right around noon. Order before 1145 and the food is fresh and ready.
