- MKMichelle KepsenMar 17, 20261.0Stopped in because I was starving and the place was completely empty. In hindsight, that probably should have been my first clue. Ordering a burrito somehow turned into a three-person team effort. The employee making it struggled to understand the order, and two coworkers had to step in to help translate. Portions were so tiny that I kept politely asking for a little more of each ingredient, which apparently was a controversial request judging by the looks I started getting. She had to be told 3x to add an extra tortilla- by other employees and myself. It didn't stop there. Then when I went to fill my water cup, one employee quickly said, “Oh, that’s actually soda water,” even though the dispenser literally has the water icon on it — which made it feel like I was being monitored for possible beverage crimes. The atmosphere then hung heavy with mean girl energym The burrito itself wasn’t worth the effort or price at all. The tortilla was subpar, the portions were skimpy unless I asked repeatedly, and the whole thing was overpriced for what I received. Overall experience: awkward service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and a burrito that made me wish I’d just gone somewhere else. When a restaurant is empty at dinner time, sometimes there's a reason. I'm daydreaming of all the other dinners I could have had instead.

We stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us for close to 5 minutes. Finally, a girl came from the side dining area and the guy turned around and apologized, but he still didn't help or offer to help us. Two girls came from the back and helped us. The guy returned to whatever was so fascinating on his phone. We will not return to Qdoba!
