- ZDZac DartApr 1, 20261.0Last week I ordered two small pizzas. I was delivered something I couldn’t believe. Pizza soup. All the cheese and toppings were loaded up in the middle. It truly was the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. I called and spoke with the only team member there. He initially blamed delivery handling, this was not that. Then he said he would void the order and refund me. Never happened. Please train your freaking staff. Stop sending people garbage. It’s a joke.

I called and talked to Tommy (im pretty sure thats the guy) and he corrected the matter with a free order of same and an extra cheesy bread.. he was/is super nice and professional ...made the Papa John's experience just that much better.. GO TOMMY!! GO TOMMY!! ✌😁
- JLJustin LienDec 17, 20251.0My order "didn't exist" according to the kid on the phone. He was apathetic at best and dismissive at worst. The website tracker wasn't working so I knew something was wrong. I had the confirmation email and the payment went through already. He went on hold for a second, likely to ask his manager, then I was given an "I don't know what's going on, there's nothing I can do" and was told to call some other number to make a complaint. The phone was broken because it sounded mostly like static. He was trying to just get me off the phone so he didn't have to solve this problem. Ridiculous. The help desk associate was very helpful and assisted me in resolving my order and getting a refund.
