  Overland and Cole location...what amazing customer service!! Made my day and reminded me that kind and courteous customer service still exists! And because I didnt catch the names of the two ladies at the drive thru windows it was on 4/11 @ ~1230

  I'm so sick and tired of having to wait 10+ minutes for my food when it should be ready by the time I arrive.

  Every time I stop here the food is either cold or has been double cooked cause the burger patty or fish filet would be rock hard on the edges. The only consistent was their milkshakes, until yesterday. It'd been a while since I was at that location and all I ordered was a strawberry milkshake with no whip cream for curbside. It was brought out with a dome lid and was as runny as milk. I told the employee that it was way to thin and runny. He tried to tell me that's how they are. Every other McDonald's I go to has super thick strawberry shakes. I told him that I'm drinking this and will have to throw it away, that it was a total waste of 5 bucks. He walked beside me as I throw it away and never offered a refund. I will not be stopping at this McDonald's again. If your machine is too warm, just say so and don't try and convince me that a milkshake the consistency of strawberry milk is actually the correct way it should be.

  Every table is FILTHY; covered with remnants of prior meals. Ketchup dispenser was completely and never attended to, probably because all the staff members in the back were busy having inappropriate conversations that customers (including kids) could clearly hear. They’re not even TRYING to hide their crappy service anymore. Zero stars.

  I know it's a McDonald's but come on. Food was literally tossed in the bag, the smoothy was 3/4 full and they either couldn't speak English or chose not to because she ask I assumed was a question, handed me the wrong food then realized it was not my order and motioned for it back.
