  Go to any other location. For the love of god just let this one shut down. They are terrible all around. The attitude of some of them is terrible. When they’re confronted with a mistake they aren’t apologetic or try to find away to make it right and make the customer want to come back. I have had to come back to this location so many times because they missed items. I as the customer shouldn’t have to check the bag for all my food before I leave especially being in curbside or drive thru! The whole point of those two options is to not have to step foot inside and get that’s what you basically have to do unless you want to circle around and wait in the drive thru like again. Like are you gonna start paying me for all the times I’ve had to do the employees job and check my bag? Are you gonna start giving me gas money for all the times I get home with a big order thinking it’s all there, just to have to drive back there to get the missing items? This is just ridiculous

  Placed an order through the app. Went in to pick up. Waited and waited. Person at the front acted as if I wasn't there. Finally looked at my email to see how long I had been waiting. They cancelled my order. May not have had what I requested but if you have a counter order that you cancel and someone is waiting in the lobby....maybe an FYI to them. I was literally the only person in the lobby. Two stars because lobby was clean.

  The food is never ready at the window in the last 10 times iv rolled through always have to park and wait, i wouldnt care if the food was fresh but, i will wait 5 minutes for a burger with unmelted cheese. If the patty isnt hot enough to melt chese how can it be fresh? This at 8-9 pm everytine i go.
