  They almost always get my order wrong. It is very frustrating Order bacon egg and cheese biscuit got a sausage biscuit no cheese. Orders a medium coffee and was given a small. Get it together guys.

  The manager Nadia was so rude on the phone. We got cheese on our quarter pounder when I called to tell her I ask her what her name was and she said why . Who does that? Then I came in a few minutes ago to get the remake and the General Manager was just as rude. I have never experienced service like this. I work at Saint Alphonsus Hospital I will not be back. I have been coming here for 7 yrs. Then I forgot to get a drink the girl came to the window and said what do you what now? I said why are you all so rude? She walked away. Another older gentleman came he was the only one that was nice. I want someone to contact me. Who is the district manager?
