  We live very close and have tried to give them a chance. Not again food not prepared correctly taste is horrible always ordered with no cheese or condiments they mess it up every time. How hard is it to make a hamburger and bun . Never going back.

  Huge thank you to the team at the McDonald’s on Overland and Cole! We placed a large order of 30 Happy Meals for my son’s birthday party, and the staff handled it incredibly well. When I arrived, it was awesome watching the team work together behind the counter. Everyone was encouraging each other, communicating, and making sure the order was completed quickly and correctly. That kind of teamwork really stood out. The order was organized and ready to go, which made things so easy for us. Most importantly, the kids at the party absolutely loved their Happy Meals! Great service, great teamwork, and a great experience overall. Thank you for helping make my son’s birthday party a success!

  Food was cold, except for nuggets. The trashes were all super full, trash on all the tables and floor and there was a group of teenagers that were hollering at each other and horsing around, throwing stuff at each other.... They were talked to once by an employee that was obviously familiar with them, then they picked right back up as soon as the employee was in the back. We complained to management when it continued to escalate and they were "talked to" again. Teens then yelled at us and threatened us as we left. What am awful experience!
