No human experience. As a customer and a consumer I will never visit this establishment as long as that is the business model. Full stop. Never under any circumstance. I'm not ok with the new normal. Plenty of fast food restaurants don't subscribe to this new business model such as: In and Out, Chick fil A, Arctic Circle etc. These fast food establishments don't sacrifice customer service for efficiency and profit and the lines to get into them are so long that cities and countries often refuse permits for new restaurants. It's not surprising that there are many fast food chains struggling to stay in business. It's not that hard.
