They are trying there best but so NOT deserve to be yelled at like that no matter the circumstances and it's very unprofessional and the managers name i believe is Kim and I think the elderly woman walked out because of being yelled at. HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT

When I get food from these places I go through the drive thru because at least I get to talk to someone. I hand them my car. They wish me a good day I tell them the same. The lobbies are pretty much empty. Chick-fil-A doesn't have this problem. DoorDash orders are ready just as fast. Lobby customers are happy. Drive thru customers are happy. I could give this same review for McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dell Taco, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken which has been renamed KFC because of this nonsense. Pizza Hut used to be a place that you took your family to for dinner. They had video games and pool tables and dart boards. I feel that PepsiCo and Coca-Cola have ruined our favorite national treasures.
