Missing food and sauces always to rude employees at drive through. Seen main employees be rude to disabled front counter employee who is a very nice guy!!

As a dasher I have had my fair share of mixed opinions on restaurants but this by far has got to be the most ridiculous experiences ever, pull up to drive through cause lobby closed one car already at the window ahead of me, 5 minutes goes by before I get to the window to immediately get barked at to park further up because they aren’t finished with the 2 small orders. Total of 3 bags 3 drinks no special items no ice cream basic burgers and fries. In the 19 minutes I sat there waiting 4 more cars proceeded to pull up and only one had moved to the window the second had been told to wait a moment before ordering. If your employees are 20 minutes late you write them up, they take 25 minutes for a DoorDash order we the dashers who are kind enough to wait have to argue with DoorDash over a violation on time. Don’t follow Taco Bell’s example they are probably gonna lose DoorDash as a partner don’t be next. Do better

Why is it that I have to pull ahead and wait for my food EVERY TIME? I don't order anything special.
I guess employees spend more time chatting or on their phones than working.
