Placed an order online for mobile pickup. Waited about 15 minutes; order tracking kept showing that it was still being prepared. Watched about 6-7 cars go through the drive thru while continuing to wait. Proceeded to walk inside to see if there was maybe a glitch on the website etc. When I went in, a young white female with black hair and a quite large septum ring came to the front and asked who I was picking up for. Let her know it was an online order for myself. They all seem confused and I was simply told "oh, shell work on it soon." Keep in mind, nobody was inside and the drive thru was empty at that point. We decided to eventually go to the drive thru and was met by the same girl with the bigger than life nose ring. She told us that we needed to go inside to grab it but we had already tried to do that so we asked if she could please grab it for us since it was right next to her. She rolled her eyes at us and grabbed it but upon handing it to us said "next time youll need to come inside." Both of us have worked in sales and customer service longer than this little lady has been alive. We were quite mortified to see her disdain...was as if we were bothering her for asking her to provide good customer service/do her job. Sad to see such lack of professionalism especially when there were over 6 other employees working in the store. Yet she acted as if she was being overworked in an empty store. Simply unacceptable.

We rolled up when the lobby was apparently “closed”. Doors were unlocked and kiosks were on. We ordered and were then informed a few minutes later the lobby was closed. Gave one of the people in our group their food, then told us to leave because the lobby was closed for dine in. Still missing food. I get you want to close up but then you need to lock the door at closing and make sure people get the food they paid for. You are a business. Be better.

This store is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Had to use the self order terminal and paid for it. Never got the order. No one would acknowledge me or my wife to find out about my order. Asked for a refund but no one would talk to us. My lost, hope you think twice before going to this store.

Allergic to tomatoes? No problem, instead of taking them off like you asked. They'll make the food inedible! The shell so hard and old that it's literally in pieces! Won't let me post the photo for some reason but thanks guys, you made my day
