So we went to the counter to ask for a return. I explained how I didn’t want to be an inconvenience but these aren’t at all good quality. He then argued with me about how he knows how they are supposed to look and that I’m wrong. I work in customer service and you never tell the customer they’re wrong. He then proceeded to not give a full refund. He was very rude. I loooove Taco Bell but I’m very dissatisfied with the food and customer service at this store.

No apologies, no discounts for the wait, just attitude from the manager and employees. Avoid this place at all costs.

My burrito had crusty beans. They had no soft taco shells and the lady tried upselling us to a $12 burrito. The people they hire here don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.
