When I repeated it, they made me pull around again to talk to them through the speaker, meaning I had to drive all the way around the block because their drive thru doesn't connect to their parking lot. Just bad customer service, was really disappointed today.

It’s very poor Management and that is abundantly apparent. Everyone working there Interacts/look really unhappy and misguided! A manager absolutely needs to lead by example and should be back there hustling moving his legs and arms to help his crew and that is just not the case here. I believe this is one of the big reasons why this location struggles so much with their pick up orders and to get orders out in a timely manner in general. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a quick meal at a fast food restaurant, this is not your place. I’m hoping the right people see this…

App said my food was ready still waiting inside for 20 minutes and no food or acknowledgement from staff. Then I get my food and its barely hot. I wouldn't even call it warm. What is up taco bell?
- ABAliah Blayze3 days ago2.0I continue to come to this Taco Bell because it’s the closest one to my work, but lately everytime I’ve come, my order is lazy. I get a cantina chicken quesadilla meal, and everytime the quesadilla is either not cut, the cheese isn’t cooked at ALL, or it’s not even a cantina quesadilla it’s just a regular one. OR ALL THREE. It’s really sad to come home at 3am when I get off of work and open my meal and it’s terrible. Please do better, I know it sucks to work so late but you gotta do your job.
- DSDevin Santoro6 days ago1.0Just went to the Taco Bell on overland next to the Walmart and the service was horrible the manager was wasn't using the cash register yelling at the people in the lobby to use the kiosk and there's only two kiosks in like 10 people in the lobby I recommend not going to that Taco Bell and and this is polar bear
