Been addicted to the BLT and have ordered it several times... but today I completely wasted my money! In addition to the additional 4.00 extra i am ripped off by ordering on Uber eats instead of going into the store personally, today I received not a salad but a sandwich in a bowl. I am not a stupid woman, I understand the premise of these salads is they are based off popular subs which is why I love them!!! However if I wanted my "sandwich in a bowl" I would have ordered a sub minus the bread. The DIFFERENCE is in the past my salads have always been diced into smaller pieces so its actually edible. Instead today, I've recieved entire tomatoes cucumbers bacon ect... only thing cut up was the spinach and lettuce and im assuming that's only because it arrives that way... Had to eat most of it with my fingers! Yuck! Do BETTER SUBWAY! Because I know you can!!! This was such a disappointing, literal MESS to eat that I didn't even finish it. If the teens running the counter every day are not qualified to use cutting implements, please hire someone who is!!! Sincerely, Hungry customer 😕
