There were two employees working—one looked at me without saying a word, and the other didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no welcome, nothing. I ordered a footlong sandwich with a drink, and the total came to $18 roughly, which felt excessive given the experience. The complete absence of courtesy or engagement was honestly mindboggling. I expect at least a minimal level of friendliness when dining out, and this visit fell far short.
