I got gas and washed my car at the carwash and, upon exiting, my car had scratches on the driver side hood - all the way up to the edge of my roof to where the rack stopped the brush from hitting and on the back of my car. The Stinker risk manager and cooperate office do not feel they are liable because my car had some oxidation damage prior to going into the car wash. I take care of my car, even though it isn't new. I was asking Stinker to do the right thing. They will not. Do not risk it. Do not use this car wash.
