The service at the counter was pretty good. We left a 15% tip which ended up being $13 and change. They forgot about my 9 year old daughters salad no one appolgized to my daughter for having to wait until the other kids were done eating. It’s the last time I will leave a tip before I get my food.

The response from the 'Owner' which said to email an address to prevent this from happening again. I don't get why - but I did with no response in the standard 1-3 days as stated. Can't say I'm surprised. See images.

OMG... Where to begin.
Most of the experience was employee driven. The front counter receptionist was so scattered 80% of the conversation was unnecessary. He was busy talking on the other side of the restaurant when I came in. His conversation was so enthralling that he didn't see me standing there and the "manager" had to point me out. Between complaining about the football team they had to serve earlier - to the fact there were no medium lids...it was concerning that he was placed in front of guests. He later awkwardly badgered another employee - but that will wait.
The Colorado Burger and Smash Tots were ordered. Both served cool and in a pool of oil and utterly tasteless.
Here is where the real problem for me was. I sat right in front of the kitchen entrance which gave a full view of the operation.
As I waited for my food, two Cooks came walking in from the exit on the opposite side of the restaurant.
One had dreadlocks - which needed hair restraint - very tall and slender... the other had his hair done in a tied bun - glasses and a mustache.
The tall African American gentleman with his hair in dreadlocks, already had food handling gloves on which I thought was odd. Perhaps coming in from a garbage run to the dumpster. They both proceeded to go right into the kitchen and as they did the door to the kitchen remained stuck open revealing everything they were doing.
The tall, slender young guy with unrestrained dreadlocks proceeded to get right to work operating with the same gloves he handled the door with, who knows what prior, the high five he gave to a friend that walked up to him from the restaurant and the same gloves he used while touching his soda cup and then wiping things off of his gloves onto his clothes.. proceeded to begin preparing food.
Let me be clear - no glove change occurred after high fives with a bare handed guest who appeared to be an off-duty employee, touching the door and various other areas of the restaurant as he made his way through in and out of the kitchen.
The gentleman with the mustache and hair pulled back in a tie was in the kitchen consuming a beverage right in the food preparation area. I later saw the manager doing the same thing.
The table I sat at was filthy and as I asked the female employee that was going through the restaurant that was cleaning tables to please hit my area... she came over and wiped everything except for the area in front of me that was completely covered in spluge. I had to ask her for the towel so I could clean my own table completely.
The lack of attention to detail to food handling, food safety and general hygiene was really bad.
This coupled with exceptionally oily and tasteless food made this trip totally not worth it.
