I ordered extra regular ranch, but when I got home, they had given me their pickled ranch instead which my girlfriend and I don’t care for at all. I also paid for extra icing for my cinnamon rolls, and they only gave me one. When I tried to request a refund through the app for the missing/incorrect sauces, the location called me just to tell me they couldn’t refund me because I used Apple Pay, and could only offer store credit instead. After paying extra for items I didn’t even receive (or got the wrong version of), that’s just unacceptable. Between the wrong items, missing items, and lack of proper customer service, I don’t plan on returning to this location again.
