Instead of brushing me off or making excuses, Taylor immediately offered solutions: remake the pizza fresh, send it again, or even void the charge entirely and give it to me for free because of the delay. I couldn’t pick it up myself, and Taylor didn’t hesitate—he made sure I’d still get a hot, fresh pizza without paying a dime. I selected that deal, and asked to have cheese as my first topping and to add pepperoni and mushrooms as additional toppings. The girl on the phone stated she could not do that and proceeded in a failed attempt to upsell me on two large pizzas. Im a single guy here for work, and im simply trying to get a couple slices of pizza so im not starving. I drove all noght to get here, and this was my very first experience with a restaurant in Boise. I would highly advise against this bait and switch pizza shop. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere, anywhere other than this place. They could care less about their customers. This actually sucks. But, no worries.; this will be the last time I wver call a Papa Johns. I will go to sleep hungry, thanks Papa John , knew you didn't care about your customers.
