Sold me a loaf of sourdough and customized my sandwitch exactly to my liking when he saw my puzzled expression. I have never received service like this at a Panera and I really appreciate the attention to detail. What capped it off he came over and ensured I absolutely loved my meal and took my dishes. I will be bringing my husband here and friends moving forward! Thanks Panera! Hold on to this one.

I spoke to Brian who confirmed the item wasn't available but then proposed a way to take an existing item and modify it to be basically what we were asking. It was rather complex. It showed he knew the menu really well, it showed he cared about other people and making things work for them, it showed he's a valuable employee. Give that guy a raise!! If not a raise than recognize him somehow!!
