  Booths seemed a little old/dated with a need for repair, but food was good and service was good.

  The Outback use to be a good steak house. But in the last few years it has lost it's soul. The food is ok, edible, but not great. The price isn't worth the quality. I waited 5 minutes just to get someone to acknowledge me upon entering. I ended up calling the restaurant, someone did greet me immediately after the call 😆 The waiter was fast, hovered often and annoying at times. My GF likes her steak rare, so a good veterinarian could bring it back. I like medium. Hers was done to her satisfaction, mine was nowhere near medium. I think the waiter just heard rare and we both got the same. It doesn't have an Australian Outback feel, it really isn't that good. Wish Boise had some good, theme based restaurants.

  We had a couple of servers that were excellent. Our main server, Courtney was wonderful. The food was perfect. We would definitely come again.

  Ordered a NY steak medium rare, came with huge grey band and raw middle. Told them it was raw in the middle, and they brought back a medium well sirloin. Charged me for the NY strip. Also got a couple drinks, I think it was called an Outback old fashion or something. Had barely any whiskey and the glass was 3/4 with mostly ice. Would not recommend at all. The waitress told me they "usually send the same steak back but would look into it" and never came back. The manager dropped by and I told him what was going on, and he gaslit me about the steak that had no cut marks in it being a NY even though it was clearly a sirloin and I had cut off a few pieces of the original. Offered me a "voucher" to come back that I turned down.

  I went with my sister on a Monday and had an excellent time. We started with the Down Under Trio, her entree was the Shrimp on the Barbie while I had the Center Cut Sirloin. The food came out right on time and was cooked exactly how we like it! Our server Jasmine was amazing, her attentiveness and personality made the evening even better. Had to take the desert home, but we'll be back!!!
