- BLBenjie LopezFeb 21, 20261.0If i could give this place a 0 star, i would on February 6th my basketball team decided we were hungry and decided to go to McDonald’s after a win. and a couple boys went in the play place just to eat and play for fun like boys do and she immediately kicked us out and my coach and one of the kids mom wasnt having it. So they started arguing with the lady who i guess was the manager and she said yall could either eat here or leave and we just decided to leave and one kid used his McDonald’s points and never got them back. never go to this place because the lady was absolutely rude and disrespectful i also ordered a 5 dollar combo and the michicken PLAIN and they put lettuce and all of that so we went to the McDonald’s in meridian and they were actually respectful and had great service.

The response is always “ we have no control over this” at least be honest and tell me you guys aren’t taking any mobile orders at this time. But overall this is my favorite McDonald’s in boise and the food is always good.

We were quiet and respectful but they were being rude to all of us. I will never come back to this place again👎🏿
