Horrible customer service. The drive thru lady had absolutely no customer service skills. My order was wrong because she seemed bothered. I went in to order a hamburger since she clearly didn't here it thru drive thru. I live 900 ft from this store and my burger tasted like it was cooked hours ago. Every time I go to this store, employees act as though they are bothered with helping customers. Very frustrating

Every time I go to this location there’s always something wrong. Today “ the system is down we can’t accept mobile app orders” so why are you accepting mobile orders then? I just wasted my money and my points and the only solution I got was “ sorry man place the order again inside” pathetic man. Just pathetic
