We place the order, and they say it's available, but when we get to the counter, they say, "We're sorry, the machine is broken," after a long wait. This is a terrible situation that we've been dealing with for over a month. I don't know what the problem is with this restaurant.

Like sausage mcmuffin at 7am. Or paying $5 for a half cup of coffee filled with whip cream. (Lady shook it and showed another coworker who shrugged her shoulders and still gave it to me that way) Service is down hill. Come on guys. Get it together
