    What has happened to Jimmy Johns? Used to be so good. What used to be a quick delivery now has turned into waiting for them to send the delivery out to an Uber Eats driver and wait almost an hour for a single sandwich. Not a smart move to have an Uber Eats driver represent your business. If I wanted Uber to deliver, I would order it from them, but I don't. On top of that, the quality has just not been there. Brown lettuce, veggies missing... not good JJs...

    Hate to leave this review, but the vista location has been dropping the ball! Having Uber Eats deliver my sandwich 30 mins after I order, sandwich is janky as hell, missing veggies, brown lettuce.. adios jjs!!

    Horrible experience recently - extremely rude and condescending staff questioning why I was there (to pick up my online order). Then completely got it wrong - I contacted customer service and was told I’d be reached out to via email (the choice I elected) and there’s was no response or way to fix my wrong order.

    I would have done 5 stars because everything was great but we had several sandwiches and none of them were marked and we had some people in our party with allergies. When asked the girl did not respond and pushed food towards me.
