  I am so disgusted right now. I went thru the drive thru, ordered a toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Got home, sat down and took a bite. Guess what? Not chicken but tuna. So gross!! The kid at the window was rude. I have had issues at this location in the past. Now I will never return.

  Slow service . Not a single customer there but me inside and out. Took a few minutes for them to even talk at the speaker. Then made probably the worst sandwich ive ever gotten from there. Half the ingredients weren't on there. It was basically a piece of turkey and break.

  This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Jimmy John’s. I ordered my sandwich over 40 minutes ago, and when I called to ask what was going on, I was told they still haven’t found a DoorDash driver and that it could take another 30 to 40 minutes. The part that really blew my mind is that the employee straight up told me my sandwich has been sitting there the entire time, just waiting which means by the time it finally shows up, it’ll be completely soggy and disgusting. For a company that’s supposed to be “Freaky Fast,” this was anything but. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional to let food sit out that long while doing nothing to fix the situation or even offer a solution. If this is how they operate now, they need to change their slogan, because there’s nothing “freaky fast” about waiting over an hour for a soggy sandwich.

  Just ordered the new Sicilian pizza sandwich the worst sandwich I have ever ordered from here. Too much seasoning and the cheese was very chewy. I would not order again and I can’t eat the majority oh it.
