  The rudest most condescending set of young ladies I have encountered when bringing my family to this establishment. We will stick to the other locations that are free from eye roles, glares and often are fully stocked. We tried to order the frozen hot chocolate like the huge hand made sign suggesting and advised they are out and she wrote it on the receipt paper next to the board…. Yes you read that right.. no I didn’t see the tiny hand written sign. Then I ordered a razzmatazz and she said without missing a beat that they were out of sherbet but that it was okay because they would make it with everything else they have. Didn’t offer to let me re think my order just promptly rolled her eyes followed an annoyed glare when my special needs son asked for a banana and chocolate smoothie they where also out of because of the chocolate. My son was very happy and excited hardly picking up on what I saw and what made me want to walk away immediately or make a loud seen in his defense but I didn’t. I covered my mouth with my wallet and waited to respond. I suggested removing the frozen chocolate drink sign and she said she will get it back so they are NOT going to do that and if people just read the sign it would be fine. I tried saying thanks for being here and the larger dark haired girl who made our drinks came back quickly with a very angry and aggressive “what now”. Clearly not the best representation of customer service, kindness or understanding of what it takes to have a customer facing job in the mall. Please rethink the support in this location and get them some support that will help them thrive again because clearly they are stressed and unable to control their responses to customers.

  4 starts because they closed early and I was forced to go to tropical smoothie cafe and pay $33 for some garbage that tasted like watered down, year old sunny D.

  I had been at this location before a while back and the service was okay and my smoothie was great, so I went back and the customer service is non existing. First of all the cashier was very rude and then when I asked.about a promotion she didn't know anything about it. As a company it is your responsibility to train yoir employees about promotions. It is very annoying when you want more information and the employees are cluless, dont take any ownership and to top it off they are rude. Secondly. why hire rude people who don't have any idea what customer service is? A bit of curtesy/politeness goes along way. I won't be back. Plus the smoothies tasted terrible, not like when they take their time to do it right.

  Literally every single time I go here they are out of what I'm trying to order. Egg bites nope they are out. Carrots for carrot juice nope they don't have that either. Coconut whip yep you guessed it they are out of that too. I work in the mall so I check in multiple times a week and it's always the same answer.
