  The rudest most condescending set of young ladies I have encountered when bringing my family to this establishment. We will stick to the other locations that are free from eye roles, glares and often are fully stocked. We tried to order the frozen hot chocolate like the huge hand made sign suggesting and advised they are out and she wrote it on the receipt paper next to the board…. Yes you read that right.. no I didn’t see the tiny hand written sign. Then I ordered a razzmatazz and she said without missing a beat that they were out of sherbet but that it was okay because they would make it with everything else they have. Didn’t offer to let me re think my order just promptly rolled her eyes followed an annoyed glare when my special needs son asked for a banana and chocolate smoothie they where also out of because of the chocolate. My son was very happy and excited hardly picking up on what I saw and what made me want to walk away immediately or make a loud seen in his defense but I didn’t. I covered my mouth with my wallet and waited to respond. I suggested removing the frozen chocolate drink sign and she said she will get it back so they are NOT going to do that and if people just read the sign it would be fine. I tried saying thanks for being here and the larger dark haired girl who made our drinks came back quickly with a very angry and aggressive “what now”. Clearly not the best representation of customer service, kindness or understanding of what it takes to have a customer facing job in the mall. Please rethink the support in this location and get them some support that will help them thrive again because clearly they are stressed and unable to control their responses to customers.

  This place is a regular haunt for me because I work just a few steps away. Store manager Adam has created a wonderful culture of service, with a young staff that are engaged, polite, courteous and eager to please — attributes that are indicative of a company and management team that care for its employees. Today was a case in point - because it was Black Friday, I didn’t want to risk a long wait in line to pick up my order, so I placed it in the Jamba mobile app when I parked my car. When I arrived at the store 5 minutes later, my order was already waiting for me despite the dozen or more people waiting to place or pick up their order. One of Adam’s crew delivered it with a smile as the rest of his staff efficiently handlers the controlled chaos of the day. Oh, and you can’t beat Jamba’s selection of reasonably priced and healthy items — including my favorite the Açaí Primo Bowl
