The burger was delicious, and the ingredients seemed fresh. The only reason I gave the food a 4 star is because the bacon was a little on the burnt side. I love crispy, but as I say, slightly burnt is past crispy. There were two workers there. The young man was very polite and welcoming. The gal, who seemed to be the manager, was a little annoyed that I asked for the code to the bathroom, to wash my hands. I'm not sure why there was a code on the bathroom during business hours. The burger seemed a little pricy at $10.99, but with the increase in beef prices, I can understand the pricing. If you're looking for a decent burger, relatively quick in downtown Boise, I think this is a good option. Also, it's right next to a parking garage, and the first hour of parking is free, so if you need a quick meal, and don't want to pay for parking, this is a great option.
