I called the location and spoke to the manager, Hunter. He apologized for any mistakes made even though it wasn't their fault and asked if they could remake it. I agreed and drove straight there and this time it was wonderful. Everything was hot and fresh, a little heavy but that was expected. I'm really impressed with his people skills. Thank you Hunter for making both me and my wife's night better!
