- GGGuruDec 18, 20251.0Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered two pizzas for takeout and were given the wrong pizza for one of them. When we called to let them know about their mistake, instead of apologizing, they demanded we drive back and return the pizza just to get the correct one. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. No accountability, no courtesy, no attempt to make it right — just attitude. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. This was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had. We won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect as a customer.
