  I’m a trucker and was in need of delivery. It was a night delivery. Called to place an order, gave payment, the unnamed associate was unable to process my payment correctly and then proceeds to forget to add the delivery charge after placing the order. Already being frustrated I ask the delivery fee to be waived but was told from the manager “Ian” that if I don’t pay the delivery fee I’m forced to cancel the order. I ask to speak with said manager asked due to the situation if he can waive the delivery fee and he again states no and there’s absolutely no way the fee can be waived, he than proceeds to offer carry out instead and advise that that impossible due to a commercial truck being an issue attempting to try to pickup said items. Store manager was not willing to budge. I advised of the inconvenience, he didn’t want to listen and hung up. DO NOT place orders with this store.

  We’ve been going to this particular location for over 5 years. Unfortunately, we will no longer be a customer of Dominos. I walked into the store to pick up our pizzas and the ‘lobby’ was full of customers. I waiting for about 8 minutes for someone to greet me (no one did). I asked one of the individuals in the lobby if they had been helped and he said “no”. There were many orders on the racks ready for pick up and not one person would acknowledge us. Eventually I decided to help the staff and took a step behind the counter to get people’s orders. 3 of the customers could see their order was ready- I handed one gentleman his order. That’s when this woman came running and screaming at the top of her lungs at me(I really wish someone would have video taped this) to “get out of her store. I was disrespecting her” When I tried to explain that I was simply helping people get their orders (she never stopped screaming “get out” btw) she pushed me and told me to get out. I did not. I wasn’t leaving without my pizzas. I’ve thought about taking action but the best way I can do that is to write this review about how dangerous it is to have an employee on the edge like this. She didn’t have a name tag on but from the looks of the last review, I would bet it’s the same person. Beware of this store. She’s extremely volatile!

  Unfortunately, we have been loyal customers of Domino’s for over twenty years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. On a recent Saturday evening, we placed an order and, understanding that it was a busy night, waited several hours before calling to request an update. During this call, we were hung up on by an employee who identified herself as Zia or Zena. After calling back to obtain clarification on our order, this same individual continued to hang up on us, made threatening remarks, and demonstrated consistently poor customer service. At no point was there an attempt to calmly explain the situation, de-escalate the interaction, or work with us to identify the root cause of the delay. We were simply seeking communication and basic courtesy. Instead, we were met with hostility and repeated disconnections. As longtime customers who have genuinely enjoyed Domino’s for decades, this experience has led us to the difficult decision not to return. The behavior displayed was unacceptable and does not align with the level of service we have come to expect from your brand. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address staff conduct and customer service standards moving forward.

  Ordered pizza at 1:00. Said it was ready to be delivered at 1:15. Wasn’t being delivered until 1:30. Took two other deliveries before. Our pizza arrived 30 minutes after quote and cold as ice. Probably didn’t help they just put it on the ground in the rain, when there was a chair they could have set it on that wasn’t in the rain.
