  Ordered pizza at 1:00. Said it was ready to be delivered at 1:15. Wasn’t being delivered until 1:30. Took two other deliveries before. Our pizza arrived 30 minutes after quote and cold as ice. Probably didn’t help they just put it on the ground in the rain, when there was a chair they could have set it on that wasn’t in the rain.

  Ordered a sausage and onion pizza on 12/24/2025 in the evening. The pizza was horrible. It was cold, had no sauce on it, had only a couple pieces of sausage and onions per slice and had no flavor. It was the worst pizza we've ever had. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

  This is the second time in a month in which we have ordered pizza from this location and it has taken two or more hours to be delivered. Last night after waiting for an hour and forty five minutes for our delivery it said the pizza had been delivered. sadly no pizza was delivered. We called the store to find out our order had been lost and a new one would be on its way. When we received our order it had not been remade and was in fact the original "lost" order. I am ranking the food at two stars due to this establishment producing some good pizzas. However delivering an order that has been out of the oven for over an hour and a half just doesn't seem acceptable. I ranked service at a three because the person I spoke with was very professional and apologetic, explained the issue and said they would get a new one made and on its way. However if you've made it this far you know that was not the case.

  Waited an hour and a half for an order, upon receiving it, it was cold and crusty. If you can’t handle the volume maybe just close the store. Won’t be back to dominos again.

  The girl taking orders deemed new. There were delivery drivers in and out and in and out, they were so busy. I sat and waited. I went to my car and waited. I watched people ahead of me get their food promptly and people after me walk away happy. At almost the hour mark a cook asked the girl what my name was. She said 'I don't know' the cook had to ask me herself. Then she said I'm 3 orders away. I think what happened was I had a 2nd order (lava cakes) immediately after my 1st one. She didn't think to tell the cooks those orders were together. So when the finally got put under the heat lamp, turns out my 2 pizzas had been sitting there and now were nearly an hour old. "Sorry about that" didn't make the greasy, semi-cold, hard pizzas and dry lava cakes taste any better. Or my pocket book feel justified. I won't be coming back to that location. In fact, I swore off Dominoes many years ago and thought I'd give it a try. Shame on me.
