  Very pricey. Though the games are cool and my kid enjoys it. Food and drink is not spectacular but you pay like it is. The prize selection is actually great. But there are games I've never played because they're either always broken down or poorly maintained.

  Went for the first time to celebrate step daughter’s birthday. Food was great service was great. Some moron lost his firearm and accused us of taking it. No apology was given and made us very uncomfortable. I’m sure they watched security video and know we did not take this guys gun! Management should have apologized but didn’t. Spent $300 just on dinner

  Went in with my daughter for lunch. The bartender thought it was appropriate to card a man with gray hair but not my daughter who is in her 20's. It was insulting to us both. Then after bring us drinks he asked if we wanted to leave a tab open despite telling him that we were ordering food and were actively ordering. I just looked at him and asked how else were we supposed to pay for the food. After we got our food I never interacted with the bartender again until it was time to leave. I sat with an empty glass of beer watching and staring at the bartender for over 30 minutes. I tried to wave him down multiple times. He pretended like he was busy and ran around completely ignoring us the entire time. The guys name was Will. One of the most useless staff I have seen work a bar in my life. There was a assistant manager running around as well but he looked like a toddler that just got told he had to do his chores. He kept his head down, didn't interact with any of the patrons other than delivering food. I also tried to wave him down with no success as he didn't want anything to do with actually interacting with a customer. He just wanted to act like a toddler. Finally when I had no more patience for the place I had to physically walk behind the bar to get the bartender to tab me out. He refused to stop at any other point. The general manager was there as well but after seeing him I saw why the assistant was acting like he did. He had some fake mohawk haircut looking thing and a young punk attitude. The epitome of everything bad in a millennial. I didn't even bother trying to talk to him even though he saw me have to go behind the bar to get my tab. He was utterly clueless. First time I have been here in years and will be my last. I used to bring my company here at Christmas and do parties. We would spend tens of thousands for each party as well as mid year gatherings. This was back when they had a decent manager and decent food. Everything has gone completely downhill here. No, I don't want some cheesy corporate response telling me to click a link and send a email. I don't want to speak to some random customer service agent. Do your job and manage your locations. Edit: You can tell the company is run by juveniles simply by their response. What a joke....

  Smaller than other Dave and Busters that I have been to, but they had a good selection of games and tons of TVs around the bar and dining area. The food is pretty good. Service was awesome. Will definitely be back.
