- LWLeslie WardJan 5, 20265.0We ate at the Dairy Queen on Apple St. in Boise on 1/5/25 @5:30 pm. The young lady that helped us at the drive through was fabulous. She was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I am allergic to milk and she was able to steer me toward milk free options. She even read the ingredients on the fry sauce. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the young lady!

Came to this location and not only did we have to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru, but we asked for gravy with the chicken, and extra gravy. They did not put any gravy in the box. Went inside to get the gravy, nd they said "oh, we dont have gravy today." They couldn't tell us that in the drive thru!?!? He said it would take 15 minutes to make the gravy and acted like that was somehow the end of the world. We were there at 7:50 if you wanted to check the cameras. Refused to give me a receipt so I have no way of leaving a review.
