It is fine that they offered a refund but missing over half an order is wild. Unfortunately making half my staff wait another hour for lunch isn't viable. As you can see from other reviews that this location is poorly run.

He is always so sweet and kind to me whenever I come in working very hard to make sure my regular order is exactly how I want it! He definitely deserves more pay than he receives! I always make sure to give him a good tip :) I would love to see him in a higher position or at least know that he's getting paid good enough for all of his hard work! The food is always so fresh and good and then please have always been so kind to me! The portions are also very generous And they always smile whenever I ask for a little extra and never give me any kind of attitude! These young workers are very amazing and I love that they are always in a good attitude whenever I come in!
