  I never imagined a restaurant would sell cold stale multiple day old, nuked, French fries and call it acceptable. These fries were so inedible that my dogs didnt even want them. I asked for the sauce for my fries on the side, so they decided not to sauce a single item!!! They just sloppily threw my order in a box and called it good. Horrible location. I would recommend literally any other location. Just a matter of time before this poorly managed location gets shut down like it needs to be.

  Just coming to watch the game and eat some appetizer and there are a few concerns! 1. I asked for some water and pop and only got my pop. 2. It took forever for my buddy to get his drink because the bar tender was just always sitting down and not paying attention and they forgot the orange with his drink. 3. Food turned out great tho just took a minute to get here. Servers are playing host and not focused on the tables asking for refills or anything else to make the dinner more enjoyable, kinda reminds me of a circus.

  This place is so pathetic, the two times i’ve been here the servers sit there and pick their butts and just stare at each other when people obviously need help. A 7 year old could do better than half the workers here… Our server disappeared for 15-20 min at a time, our drinks took 20 min to come out and the bartender didn’t even make them right. With no one ever in the building the servers should be more attentive to their tables…

  I’m always shocked coming here especially with service. I do understand when it’s busy but we have been here several times on very slow nights and the service can’t keep up. Servers on their phones and sitting down. Bartenders who aren’t paying attention to tickets resulting in drinks made wrong. From the perspective of a service worker watching someone make your drink wrong and under pour your drink, then double back and tell you that your wrong about what you saw is beyond me. I’ll never understand why management doesn’t try to improve this location as it’s a great spot to watch sports but really I can’t stand the lack of accountability in the service.
